My Opinion:
As part of his style, Kazenbach brings us a novel that keeps us in suspense as you unravel the mind of the murderer and the other characters, or entangled to a more? is hard to say when all the characters are subjected to situations that tempt the senses.
but I think the character is the murderer worked: Douglas Jeffers, I found brilliant the way he found to commit all these crimes and go unnoticed by the policeto, this guy is really a professional criminal, the way you have planned every detail of your travel claim, thoughts, frustrations, his talent for photography andhas his past that will be unveiled along throughout the novel. Another thing I liked about this character is that despite its macabre madness, even in the midst of all this evil keeps feelings for his brother, to the point of being unable to kill him.
At first you want your final would have been different, but then I thought it was the right way, the criminal could not be brighter than ever caught, drowned in his own madness. Moreover this Detective Barren, also at first I loved it because I stopped MLXC
